Rio Grande LNG- Rio Bravo Pipeline

Rio Grande LNG is a natural gas liquefaction and Liquefied Natural Gas terminal that will be supplied with natural gas from a new natural gas pipeline, Rio Bravo Pipeline. The Terminal will be sited on approximately 1,000 acres of land along the Brownsville Ship Channel located in Cameron County, Texas, only 7 miles from the Gulf of Mexico. The Rio Bravo pipeline will include two 42in-diameter parallel, underground pipelines between the LNG terminal and the pipeline's northern terminus. It will have a length of approximately 140 miles. In Texas, pipeline builders can seize private land because many pipelines are classified as being in public good.
