Join Indigenous people and allies in prayer, public rally and performance, in letting Citibank Shareholders know, any investment in extractive energy is bad business!

Since Standing rock, and the new Trump administration, the resistance has been growing. From cities divesting to thousands of Indigenous people marching on Washington, we must continue to apply pressure.

Citibank was the main convener of the 17 banks that supplied the loan for the Dakota Access Pipeline and has participated in providing revolving credit to TransCanada, the company behind the Keystone XL pipeline. Citi is also financing the companies in all of the upcoming tar sands pipelines that have significant Indigenous and grassroots opposition, including Kinder Morgan’s Trans Mountain and Enbridge’s Line 3 replacement pipeline.

Citibank and Wall Street CAN divest from extraction and invest in First Nations.

We demand that CitiBank stop funding Indigenous and human rights abuses! We demand Citibank stop funding environmental destruction!

This is a peaceful and prayerful action. No weapons or drugs.
