Court Support for Pipeline resistor Rose (Jan 10, Ionia MI)

  • Ionia County Courthouse 100 W Main St Ionia, Michigan 48846 (map)

Here's a quick rundown:

I resisted a natural gas distribution line that threatened my water source and was put through without permits. I did the best I could to resist properly, by always documenting everything and pulling FOIA requests and filing reports with the DEQ and the EPA. I never interacted with pipeline workers and did my best to always conceal their identity on camera because they just work there, my concern was not with them personally.
The company made it clear they did not like my resistance by calling the police on me repeatedly among other things I can't discuss.
On June 14 I was arrested at my home in front of my children on absolutely ridiculous false charges and I am facing up to four years in prison. I don't know if I am at liberty to discuss my charges but I can say without a doubt I am 100% innocent and committed no crime. The company is trying to say I became violent in my resistance and this is absolutely false.

I have had several pretrial hearings in which the witnesses for the prosecution never showed up. Now I am facing jury trial on November 15, 2017 at 9am at the 8th circuit court in Ionia Michigan.

Every day I am in prayer for truth. I pray for my legal team, I pray for the witnesses, I pray for the judge, I even pray for the prosecutor. I pray for those who would lie against me, especially considering all they have to lose karmically speaking.

Every day I am grateful for all of you who have stood by me through this and you all are in my prayers too, every single day with love and gratitude.
