RISE DOCUMENTARY INFORMATION: "We travel to Indigenous communities across the Americas to meet people protecting their homelands and rising up against colonization.

**Open To The Community** Where: McCann Resource Room
Come watch and listen to the voices of the youth and women of the Standing Rock Sioux, the ones who started the No Dakota Access Pipeline Campaign. 

After screening, stay for a discussion with two Clark University alumni who created the Women of Color in Solidarity Collective and traveled to Standing Rock to be in solidarity with the indigenous youth and women at the Oceti Sekowin camp.

**Women of Color in Solidarity is raising money for the Indigenous Youth Council at Standing Rock. These youth were the ones to raise awareness about the need to protect Mother Earth against oil companies and other corporations looking to profit. They need your help now more than ever to continue raising this awareness as Energy Transfer Partners just released an easement to complete the Dakota Access Pipeline project.
