8th Fire Drum Circle

  • Mount Agamenticus York, ME (map)

This Circle is a 7th Generation Drum Circle. It is intersectional and All are welcome. It has been created with a focus on bringing awareness to Indigenous Culture and the preservation of Native song. This space of Peace, Equality and healing welcomes everyone to bring hand drums, Native songs, voice or simply the interest in learning.

There is a stone seating area, also feel free to bring blankets and/or chairs. There is no fee for this Drum Circle or any teachings within. For those who feel moved to donate, there is a box on the summit for donations to support the Mount Agamenticus Conservation Region. They as well as the York Park and Rec. Dept. have been very generous in offering this space and I know any support would be greatly appreciated.

Mount Agamenticus, for those who have not been there, is located off of Mountain Rd. in York, ME. It can be found by GPS under it's name. There is a summit road, ample parking and is handicapped accessible.

This peaceful summit offers incredible panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, coastal Maine and New Hampshire as well as silhouettes of New Hampshire's mountain ranges. It is home to many winged and four legged.

Hope you can join us in Honoring the Heartbeat of Mother Earth.

See you in May!
