Using Water As Medicine: Ayurvedic Healing Waters

The human body is made up of about 60% water. Water gives us life, and protects the body, is responsible for cleansing, circulation, digestion, increases stamina and provides satisfaction. Considering the many medicines water provides, most of us dont take enough of it.

In this workshop we will learn how to take water as medicine according to the principles of Ayurveda. We will discuss how the water element functions in the body physically and energetically, ways to balance the water element within us, and how to incorporate it for each body type in food and healing drinks.

Come thirsty as we will sample healing waters and get a taste of the variety of medicinal beverages that can help us hydrate for clarity, strength, and resistance
