Drum Circle on the Banks of the Poudre River!

  • River Retreat 4210 Colorado 14 Bellvue, CO, 80512 United States (map)

Spring is in the air, birds are singing, butterflies are fluttering about and the Poudre River is flowing nicely, so It is time for the 1st drum circle on the Poudre for this year. Another amazing drum circle we are certain - with a fire and a pot-luck dinner on the banks of the Poudre at the Palmer's amazing property. These circles grow bigger and more powerful each time we offer one. We are starting this circle at 5 PM. Pot-luck will be before we start to drum.

Bring drums, rattles, flutes, guitars... and join the fun. We bring extra instruments for those without drums of their own yet.

Sue will set up and lead the Hoop of Many Colors community drum we carry. She is 3 1/2' ceremony drum and has traveled and been played around the world. Be ready to play her with us!

All are welcomed.

Sponsored by Sanctuaries of the Earth Mother, the non-profit we are part of. Our expenses for events of this type are climbing. :( So we respectfully ask a $10 minimum donation to help with expenses and program needs. Larger donations if you wish to help us expand our programs further are welcomed in love :). Kids 12 and under never need donate - their presence is a gift. :) A portion of the proceeds will go to our Standing Rock Pipelines Protestors project.

Bring a pot-luck dish and be ready for a great assortment of foods that always seem to appear.
