The Science Behind the Movement in California

We are pleased to announce and invite you to a forum on the health impacts of oil and gas extraction in California, facilitated by biologist and author Sandra Steingraber, science advisor to Americans Against Fracking. Dr. Steingraber will present an overview of the scientific evidence that solidly backs up the demands of the movement calling for immediate measures to protect Californians from these practices. A panel discussion featuring frontline researchers and advocates will follow.
