Dakota Pipeline Protest Mill Valley

  • Turtle Island Restoration Network 9255 Sir Francis Drake Boulevard Lagunitas, CA, 94938 United States (map)

Stand with Turtle Island Restoration Network as we protest the Dakota Access Pipeline on Wednesday, February 15 in Mill Valley.

We’re meeting up at the Shelterpoint Business Center, 591 Redwood Highway with 350.org and others who oppose the pipeline from 12 to 2pm.

SPO Partners, the $5.2 billion investment firm, is among the country’s leading financial backers of oil and natural gas fracking. Its financial connections tie it directly to the Dakota Access Pipeline. Wells Fargo has also been one of the prime funders supporting the fossil fuel industry, and in particular, pipeline projects like Dakota Access.

Both SPO Partners and Wells Fargo have offices at the Business Center.

It’s up to us to keep fossil fuels in the ground and protect our planet, and to protect human rights as well!
